Coventry 5K ParkRun Competition

To all,
We hope that your hockey break has kicked off well and plans for
summer fitness are in the works. As an incentive we are kicking
off a summer competition, based around the Coventry ParkRun -
http://www.parkrun.org.uk/coventry/.
I know some members/parents run this already, but if you don't
know, its a free 5K timed run at the War Memorial Park in
coventry on Saturday mornings at 9am.
The idea is simple, sign up, do a run and send us your time
before Monday 13th June, try and beat your time in August, most
improved time wins.
This is not based on running faster than someone else, its about
running faster than yourself, aim to get out there and improve
your fitness and times.
The final date for your starting time entires is Monday 13th June
(this allows for times to come in for the run on the 11th, final
times are required to be in by the 31st August.)
Currently i have to confirm with the committee as to the exact
prizes, but i will let everyone know what they are ASAP, and
hopefully will be presented at our club day, marking the start of
the season, normally held in early September.
To enter your times, either message us on Facebook, or send us an
email at cnwhc@hotmail.co.uk.
We will require:
Name, dates of runs, and times.
Any questions drop me a note.

FYI, all results are posted online as well. So make sure you get
them timed! No time no entry :P
